Cycle 2 : The design in the service of the senses

All too often, product brands with sensory and aesthetic values under-estimate their online communication. What measures can the brands take to make online communication a place to express their singularity without risking upsetting their users? The speakers will identify several methodological tools so that site designers, who are communication managers, can ask themselves pertinent questions before making ergonomic and creative choices.
