Resume : Nancy Frishberg, Ph.D., promotes the customer-user point of view. In her practice as a user experience strategist, she enjoys guiding organizations to meet customer needs for products from industries as diverse as information technology, arts, health and healthcare, and education.

She employs appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods to aid decision-making in product design. Her recent work spans Web 2.0 applications, multimedia and multimodal interfaces and devices, all in service of great human interaction. Her professional career spans industry, academia, and non-profit organizations, as well as consulting.
