Resume : Patricia Gallot-Lavallée is an Internet consultant, writer and trainer in the field of Internet, more precisely in Web architecture.  She touches on all aspects of this field, including user surveys and usability conception and evaluation.  Web quality is her passion!  And to confirm this fact, Patricia wrote a book “60 manières de naviguer sur un site Internet” (60 ways to navigate an Internet site), published in 2007.
