After training as a multimedia artist (University Diploma in Communication Services and Networks) followed by a degree in communications, Sylvain Weber gained experience in a succession of small and medium companies. Here he explored interface design, free software and, above all, web standards and interworking in his role as a multitasking webmaster.
He is an expert technophile who specialises in public websites and their new uses but also in video realisation. This hybrid experience led him straight to Dailymotion, independent leader in sharing on-line video, where he worked for a year as a web-site developer. Dailymotion Labs initiator, he is particularly the creator of the experimental project called "Jukebox3D".
Today, Sylvain is working on the creation of a web-site service, tKaap.com, together with Jacinthe Busson. This is a project in which they share the real-time advance on the blog : from flow chart to development, from project management to strategic choices.
